In the new era, we extended our services to medical billing covering end-to-end revenue cycle management, medical coding. Syanthiyana Sadagopal also successfully running SyaRose tech group of companies.
Syanthiyana Sadagopal has 21+ years of Finance, IT, and Healthcare with 12+ years of leadership experience in large and medium-sized organizations. She is driven by her passion for respecting individuals, generating value and growth. Syanthiyana has a track record of success on multiple levels with consistent results above expectations. She is a certified SAP FICO consultant and well experienced in Finance GL on Data migration and conversion. She lead and managed end to end project and act as a specialist in Banking merger activities and acquisition in setting up new interfaces to SAP and coordinated the requirements, implementation, and end to end testing with the project team expertise in on-site/off-shore delivery model, providing training& change management activities.

She has deep expertise in leading and managing turnaround growth strategies in business-to-business environments. Syanthiyana’s unique blend of experience in SAP Consulting, Banking and Finance, Strategic Planning, Field Execution, and Performance Optimization has helped shape organizations in building existing lines of business, launching new geographies and product lines. Her decisive leadership has been a key factor in staffing for corporations, new market identification, and strategic positioning.
Syanthiyana Sadagopal holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiyar University and Accounting and commerce degree from Annamalai University. Certified in Commerce from Government Polytechnic in India. She has attended the Illinois Institute of Technology for International Business Management Program As a CEO of SyaRose Group, Syanthiyana’s core responsibility is to create and deliver new product and revenue opportunities; Recognizing and leveraging evolving technology landscape; Brand creation, and positive exploitation.
She has previously held leadership roles at Motorola, Cognizant, and Banco Santander, where She successfully led organizational changes and process improvement in markets across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Asia. She has also had mid-management roles as an established Sr. SAP Consultant with Accenture in systems integration and global consulting workforce.
Syanthiyana Sadagopal is a Mother, professional dancer, and singer. She loves to play the piano. She enjoys reading books and thrives to learn new technologies, open to new business ideas and processes. She loves to give back to society and support the political, local community. She is drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as Dress for Success, Goodwill, and United Way all of which help people find gainful employment in the community through SyaRose Technology Services, Inc.
